Crynodeb
Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm CNC Programmer to join a busy and expanding company based in the Aston area.
Duties and Responsibilites include:
. Setting and Programming CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning, or multi-axis) to produce high-precision components.
. Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently.
. Run production jobs according to job cards, route cards, and work instructions.
. Monitor machining operations and make basic offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
. Inspect finished and in-process components using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (where applicable).
. Ensure components meet drawing tolerances, surface finish, and quality requirements.
. Identify, record, and report non-conforming parts in line with company procedures.
. Maintain accurate inspection and production records.
Hours
07:30am - 16:30pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate
£15ph - £17ph dependant on experience
