Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enforcement Officer (Gr H/I) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enforcing relevant laws to promote public safety and welfare. You will lead investigations and enforce various regulations while collaborating with other governmental agencies, stakeholders, and the community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to upholding the law. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. As a Senior Enforcement Officer, you will play a key role in shaping policies and practices that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will be responsible for overseeing junior enforcement officers and providing mentorship and guidance to help develop their skills. Responsibilities
Lead and conduct complex investigations related to regulatory compliance.
Enforce laws and regulations by initiating appropriate actions against violators.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders on joint enforcement efforts.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing investigation findings and recommendations for action.
Mentor and supervise junior enforcement officers, providing training and support as needed.
Develop and implement enforcement policies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Engage with the community to promote awareness of laws and regulations, fostering a culture of compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement or regulatory enforcement roles.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and enforcement techniques.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and community engagement.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and educate team members under your supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple investigations and priorities.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.93
Location: Kingston Upon Thames, South West London
