About the Role:
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join a thriving Secondary School in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging, challenging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will join a supportive department committed to raising achievement and fostering a love of literature and language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that motivate and stretch students of all abilities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Assess, track and report on student progress in line with school policies.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
