Location: High Woods Country Park

Face to face interviews will take place between 10.00 and 16.00 at High Woods Country Park on 15 and 16 April 2026

We are looking for a Casual Visitor Centre Assistant who can provide excellent service to customers at the High Woods Visitor Centre.

Duties of the role

As an essential member of the High Woods Visitor Centre Team, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers, dealing with enquiries, making hot drinks, selling, ordering, covering lunch periods for staff as well as maneuvering merchandise and cleaning the premises daily. As a casual member of staff, we will be looking for people who are available to cover annual leave and during busy holiday periods.

You will have a genuine interest in meeting the public and would like to help them get the most out of their visit to the award-winning High Woods Country Park.

Qualifications and skills required

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of providing face-to- face customer service ideally in a public, tourism or retail setting as well as handling cash and merchandise, and administration. An interest in and knowledge about High Woods Country Park is desirable.
