The postholder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), providing expert nursing support, specialist education, and coordination of care. This includes supporting patients and families emotionally, practically, and clinically, while ensuring timely access to investigations, treatments, and follow-up care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who is keen to make a difference in the care of those experiencing a life changing diagnosis. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated to learn, with excellent communication and team working skills.

This role requires NMC Registration.

• Provide specialist nursing assessment and management of patients with colorectal cancer.
