We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join the team at Kents Hill Park. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within a busy hotel and conference environment. Hospitality Assistant – The Role
  • Lead the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service across conferences, events, and daily hospitality operations.

  • Collaborate with the venue team to ensure seamless service standards and a positive guest experience at all times.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

  • Support operational planning for meetings, events, room setups, and hospitality functions.

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards.

  • Assist with event room set-ups and breakdowns as required.

  • Deliver friendly, professional service to guests, responding efficiently to requests.

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and event delivery.

What we’re looking for
  • Experience in hospitality, catering, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passion for guest experience and service excellence.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
