We are looking for Senior Support Workers for night shifts to join our Care Home Alexandra Grange in Pemberton, Wigan.
Alexandra Grange is a 54 bed home offering care for Residential and EMI care. Our home has a great reputation within the local community, and we are looking for the right person to maintain the high standards we set.
This is an exciting opportunity for people who have the skills and enthusiasm to support people living in our home with their rehabilitation plans, care plans and making every day a good day.
The job role is varied and interesting and includes tasks such as the dispensing of medications, leading a shift, supervision of junior staff, documentation and ensuring the people living in our home have an excellent quality of life.
We run on high staffing levels that ensure staff are supported and have time to complete their roles in a supportive environment. You will be fully supported by a skilled team of support workers and home manager.
The company offers external Care Home Assistant Practitioner courses to senior support staff, that you will be able to join to increase your skills as a senior member of staff.
