Are you currently a Senior Service advisor looking for a change of scenery? We are offering a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you can maximise your earnings? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a customer-focused, Senior Service Advisor organised, and motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you have main dealer experience and are confident using Keyloop (or similar DMS systems), this is your chance to join a supportive, high-performing team with excellent earning potential.
What We Offer
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm – No weekends.
- Uncapped earnings – Basic of £28,500 with an OTE of £37,500

Your Role as a Senior Service Advisor
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience.
- Book and manage service appointments efficiently.
- Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment.
- Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For as a Senior Service Advisor
- Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect).
- Confidence using Keyloop/DMS systems.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- A valid UK driving licence.
