Crynodeb
Our Motor Trade Client is a large Automotive Accident Repair Centre based in Tewkesbury and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.
Benefits:
- Starting salary negotiable pending experience/ATA qualification
- Access to a performance-related bonus providing on-target earnings up to £52,000 per annum.
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing over the length of service.
- Full in-house training provided.

- Fantastic long-term career development prospects with a large and growing nationwide automotive accident repair group operating 38 centres with over 700+ staff.
- 42.5-hour week. 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.
Typical duties:
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
- Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls
Requirements:
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification would be beneficial
- Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre
The starting salary is fully negotiable plus bonuses, providing approximate OTE earnings up to £52,000.
