Our Client, a prominent automotive accident repair centre based in Tewkesbury, is seeking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to utilise their technical expertise within a reputable nationwide group. The Vehicle Paint Sprayer will play a vital role in delivering high-quality refinishing work, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's standards of excellence.

Duties:

- Prepare vehicles meticulously before painting, including masking and sanding
- Apply spray paint using industry-standard techniques, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Keep all tools and equipment in optimal condition to prevent hazards
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of spray-painting technology, including paint mixing and application methods
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product developments and improve skills
- Follow all safety procedures and wear prescribed protective clothing
- Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve departmental goals
- Report any health or safety concerns promptly to management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, with a strong eye for detail
- Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer are desirable but not essential if extensive on-the-job experience is demonstrated
- ATA qualification is advantageous
- Ability to work to precise standards and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
- Multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
