Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner, looking to develop your career? Or are you keen to gain this qualification while you work? We would love to meet you!
Our children at Caston are looking for a kind and supportive teaching assistant to help support their learning, develop their skills and celebrate successes. Additionally, we have a new Wellbeing Mentor role to work across our two federated schools – Caston and nearby Parker’s. These two complementary roles create a real opportunity for you to develop your career as part of a supportive team, with leadership which values the fundamental role that support staff play.
Additional vacancies within our Federation
We are also currently advertising for a Midday Supervisory Assistant (JOB-198606) to join our team, supervising our children at lunchtimes as we develop our play curriculum.
If you’re interested in applying for the two roles, please specify this within your personal statement on your application form, and you will be considered for both.
Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 15:20.
