Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of one of Dundee's most prestigious companies for a highly organised, proactive PA to provide first-class executive support on an initial 3‑month contract, with potential for extension.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, trusted professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys acting as a key point of coordination for senior leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, including:
- Diary Management: Coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging national and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Gatekeeping: Managing communications, prioritising requests, and ensuring efficient flow of information.
- Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, documentation, and taking minutes where required.
- General PA Duties: Handling confidential information, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day executive operations.
We're looking for someone who has previous experience as a Personal Assistant-ideally supporting senior leaders-and who can hit the ground running. You will bring:

- Confidence in managing senior-level stakeholders
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Full-time hours, Monday-Friday
