We’re a welcoming, community-focused pub looking for an experienced Part-Time Bar Supervisor to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a friendly local environment and is looking for a couple of shifts per week (up to 16 hours). We’re flexible on working days.
About the Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will:
Lead shifts
Deliver excellent customer service
Ensure smooth bar operations
Handle cashing up and basic reporting
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance
Step up to resolve customer queries confidently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Previous bar experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Strong customer service skills
Personal licence (desirable but not essential)
Must be 18+
What We Offer
