Job Overview:An exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team within the Advisory & Operating Office supporting UK & Jersey wealth management. You will co-lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of clear, consistent product communications aligned with regulatory requirements, while managing annual product review cycles and creating compelling, brand-aligned content. This role is hands‑on, collaborative, and ideal for someone looking to deepen their career in financial services marketing.

  • Location: London - Hybrid working
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Start Date: ASAP


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery and maintenance of new and existing product content in line with the annual review schedule.
  • Manage the marketing annual review process, coordinating sign‑off with compliance, risk, and product teams.
  • Create visually engaging and brand‑aligned content, including product pitch books and HTML communications.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to deliver timely updates, event communications, and "meet the manager" announcements.
  • Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Design teams.
  • Project manage marketing and regulatory initiatives as required.
  • Upload, maintain, and organise content across intranet sites and internal portals.


Key Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial awareness.
  • Project management capability, able to handle multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, branding, and fresh content delivery.
  • Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks (COBs 4.2, MiFID II, HRI, Consumer Duty).
  • Highly organised, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a small team.
  • Degree‑educated or possessing equivalent experience; interest in pursuing relevant industry qualifications.
