Job Introduction

Thisis an exciting opportunity for an energetic and friendly individual to helpdrive our catering services forward, delivering outstanding food and customerexperience to our client in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The roleoffers a fantastic work-life balance!
Thesuccessful candidate will be self-motivated, confident working independently,and capable of stepping up to fulfil Sous Chef duties in their absence. Whileexperience in a similar role is highly valued, we believe potential is just asimportant — full training and development will be provided to the rightcandidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete pre- and post-service checklists, ensuring all areas are fully prepared for the opening and close of service.
- Plan menus and manage food production to deliver the highest quality standards, including special dietary requirements, allergens, and healthy living options.
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, including risk assessments, safe systems of work, and required training.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Support the GSM and Sous Chef as required, including managing food orders in their absence and completing end-of-day cash handling and reconciliation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie or supervisory catering role.
- Food Safety Level 3 qualified, with a strong understanding of safe food handling and compliance standards.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage costs, minimise waste, and support budget control.
- Experience working on a large client site, delivering breakfast, lunch, and hospitality catering services to a high standard.
