We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full time Teaching Assistant. They will join a very hard working and dedicated team of teachers and support staff, who focus on improving outcomes for the pupils in their care. What we are looking for
A colleague with experience in supporting children with additional needs on a one to one basis A compassionate individual who can provide support to the Class TeacherSomeone with high expectations who is committed to raising the achievement of all children The ability to use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in their learningAn excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying our core principle of kindnessA positive professional actively supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the schoolPlease read the Job Description and Person Specification for more information and before applying.About Windmill Primary SchoolWindmill Primary is a one-form entry Primary school and Nursery, in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are located in an exceptionally well-resourced building, purpose built for children aged 2 to 11 years. We pride ourselves in being a small school where all children are known, valued and have their individual needs recognised and met. We grow and learn together each year and our children are integral to the development of the school, its curriculum and the learning environment.Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
