We are seeking to employ a Learning Support Assistant to join our highly experienced team here at Baylis Court Nursery School.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities would include:
• Assisting in planning and implementing engaging learning activities.
• Supporting a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, independence, and curiosity.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Providing individualised support to children
• Support children in their daily personal care routines.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
