Job Title: Storeperson (Telehandler License Essential)
Location: Millennium City Park, Preston (Water Project)
Start Date: 09/03/26
Duration: Until 04/09/26
Work Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE + Overtime (Time & Half)
Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (Monday to Friday) 30-minute unpaid lunch (Approximately 42.5 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for a Storeperson to support operations on a busy Water division project at Millennium City Park. This role is working with M Group Water (Network Infrastructure) Limited on the Millennium project.
This is a temporary position to provide additional capacity within the stores and site operations team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing site stores and materials
- Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries
- Issuing materials and equipment to site teams
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Ensuring safe storage and housekeeping standards are maintained
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting general site logistics requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Telehandler licence (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- £15 per hour PAYE
