We are now recruiting for a Talent Sourcing Lead to join Capita HAAS.
The successful candidate will lead the clinical talent sourcing for HAAS, ensuring Capita is able to attract, engage, and secure high quality healthcare professionals. The role oversees sourcing delivery, pipeline management, market intelligence, and sourcing strategy execution for clinical roles including HCPs, nurses, doctors, physios, and allied health professionals.
This is a home based role with occasional travel for team meetings.
What you'll be doing :
• Driving the sourcing strategy for HAAS, aligned to workforce plans, defining hiring priorities, channels, and routes to market.
• Design high‑impact campaigns (targeted location bursts, and wide reaching attraction campaigns) and iterate based on data analytics.
• Own channel mix: LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, CV databases, programmatic/job boards, referrals, events, and talent communities.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging with Healthcare Professionals to drive up direct applications.
• Join weekly Recruitment & Training reviews with Operations (and Clinical Training/QA) translating cohort plans into pipeline requirements, agreeing lead times and risk mitigations.
• Advise on market feasibility, competitor activity, pay signals and skill scarcity; advise on value propositions accordingly.
• Provide insights on progress, risks and mitigations; escalate constraints early with data.
• Embed DEI targets across campaigns and partner with Comms/L&D to support community engagement
• Ensure candidates experience a high‑trust, transparent process; close feedback loops with Ops and Training to improve conversion and pre‑boarding readiness.
• Supporting the wider Talent Team as and when required during peak periods.
What we're looking for :
• Significant experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment, with strong knowledge of HCP profiles, regulatory standards, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Strong understanding of DEI best practice in recruitment and ability to embed inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrable experience using ATS/CRM tools (Workday, Smart Recruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and insight tools (Power BI, LinkedIn Talent Insights, market reporting).
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of UK vetting standards (BPSS/DBS) and professional registration requirements (NMC/HCPC/GMC) desirable.
