Contract Kitchen Co-ordinator

Location: Port Talbot
We are looking to appoint an organised and driven Contract Kitchen Co-ordinator to join this new division.
The Contract Kitchen Co-ordinator will act as the key link between customers, contractors, supply chain partners and internal departments to ensure kitchen projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
You will play a central role in coordinating schedules, managing quotations and orders, and ensuring communication flows efficiently across all stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
Manage kitchen projects from quotation to completion
Liaise with suppliers on drawings, specifications and pricing
Prepare and issue accurate quotation packs
Place purchase orders and track deliveries
Coordinate with site teams to align schedules
Resolve invoice and pricing queries with accounts
Maintain accurate project and order records
What we’re looking for:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experienced in kitchens, construction, merchanting or contractor supply (preferred)
Commercially aware with strong numerical skills
A clear and professional communicator
Proactive in chasing orders and resolving issues
Comfortable liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
IT confident (experience with Excel)
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being at the heart of project coordination.
