What You Will Gain Throughout the fellowship, you will develop confidence and advanced skills in: Elective ENT Head & Neck oncology pathways Diagnostic assessment and pre-operative planning Operative ENT Oncology , thyroid, and parathyroid surgery Postoperative care and long-term outpatient follow-up Complex case decision-making and participation in MDTs If suitably experienced, you may also contribute to teaching junior staff and deliver departmental education sessions. You will additionally be encouraged and supported to: Undertake audit and clinical governance Publish research using QVHs extensive clinico-pathological datasets Participate in ongoing departmental projects and service improvement initiatives General Duties Ward-based patient care and documentation Participation in audit and governance Supporting outpatient and theatre activity Contributing where service needs require
