Summary
Undertake comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations and health screening Deliver evidence-based health promotion and lifestyle advice to patients Administer vaccinations and immunisations in line with national guidelines Support and manage patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and COPD Contribute to chronic disease management clinics and clinical audits Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider clinical team to ensure high standards of care
