Join SIM (Specialty Integrated Medicine) at LTHT we have an exciting chance for a secondment to a Band 6 role within one of the Older adult medical wards for 12 months. Ward J15 is currently a 28 bedded ward, accommodating a combination of female and male patients. The post holder will be responsible for leading the ward staff and working closely in collaboration with the MDT across Specialty Integrated Medicine. J15 provides a great standard of quality care for all our patients and we are looking for highly skilled nurses to continue the fantastic work that J15 has already achieved in caring for our older population in Leeds so we are looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic individual with the capability to empower a team whilst remaining patient centered. Applicants will be expected to practice effectively & delivery excellent care in a timely manner to our patient group. A commitment to personal professional development is essential with the promise from the managing team that we are dedicated to developing our workforce. Candidates are required to have a least 12 months experience at Band 5 level and have substantial acute nursing background with experience in caring for patients in an acute setting.
