Fund Governance Manager needed in Trowbridge Paying £22.17 per hr ref 5290678

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance services for a large defined benefit pension scheme
- Ensure full compliance with LGPS Regulations and national governance requirements
- Oversee committee governance, reporting, and decision‑making support
- Lead on business planning, performance monitoring, and risk management
- Develop and deliver training programmes to a wide range of stakeholders
- Support procurement activity and ensure compliance with procurement standards
- Drive system and process improvements to enhance governance and service delivery
- Oversee compliance with industry standards and internal controls
- Supervise and develop staff within the governance function
- Deliver clear, high‑quality reports, evidence, and recommendations
- Work effectively within a complex environment with competing priorities
- Ensure governance processes support efficient, transparent and accountable fund administration
