At Matford Brook Academy, we are a small but growing school. This gives us the opportunity to do things a little differently: if you are excited by designing and running extra-curricular clubs and teaching beyond your subject specialism or in our primary phase then this could be your dream role.
Our teaching team works with our growing cohorts of pupils using planned pedagogical approaches and all-through predictable practices to ensure all children can write their stories. Our tutors deliver a robust Personal Development curriculum and work tenaciously to engage our families in accordance with our value of community. We currently have a full Key Stage 3 cohort and looking forward to September 2026 when we make our exciting transition to Key Stage 4 (Year 10).
We are excited to advertise for a Teacher of Humanities with Geography specialism to join our team. We are looking for a passionate, reflective practitioner with high expectations to help shape this important stage of our school’s growth.
We are seeking someone who will bring a real passion for geography (both inside and beyond the classroom); a commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for every learner, and; enthusiasm for working within an all-through school and developing your subject from early years to KS4.
If you meet the requirements of this role, we would love to hear from you.
