Your new role
As a Nursery Practitioner registered with Hays, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of early years environments, supporting children with:
- Delivering engaging, stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS
- Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Creating a warm, safe, inclusive environment
- Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
- Daily routines including feeding, changing, and developmental observations

What you'll need to succeed
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent nursery or early years childcare experience
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework
- The ability to work well within a team and build children's confidence
