At Changing Lives, we offer a home rather than just a shelter.About the JobThe Housing Support Worker is a key member our Homeless team in Northamptonshire providing a holistic housing and support service for people experiencing homelessness. This peripatetic role involves working across the Northampton area providing support to colleagues and individuals residing in properties managed by Changing Lives. Working within the values and ethos of Changing Lives, the Housing Support Worker will demonstrate a commitment to work in an environment where people’s preferences and concerns are listened to and acted on in a timely and professional way and expectations are sensitively managed.
