Office Manager / Personal Assistant (London)

Full-Time | Premium Japanese Tea Brand

A fast-growing luxury Japanese tea brand based in London is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support the Founder and oversee daily office operations.

Stocked in prestigious retailers including Harrods and Selfridges, the brand works directly with artisan tea producers in Japan and collaborates with leading hospitality and lifestyle partners.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing strategic support with hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities

-Office Management

-Oversee day-to-day running of the London office

-Manage suppliers, inventory, and office systems

-Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and samples

-Maintain efficient filing, invoicing, and internal processes

-Personal Assistant to Founder

-Complex diary management and scheduling

-Travel planning (UK & international)

-Event coordination and meeting preparation

-Liaising with retail partners, suppliers, and collaborators

-Drafting correspondence and presentations

About You

-3+ years’ experience as Office Manager, PA, or EA

-Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

-Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

-Professional communicator with strong written skills

-Experience in luxury, hospitality, or F&B preferred
