What will I be doing?

As Spa Membership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, retention, engagement and revenue within Source Spa.

You will lead the development and promotion of the spa’s membership offering, ensuring members feel valued, engaged and consistently inspired by our facilities, classes and events.

Working closely with the Spa Manager, you will support the overall commercial and operational success of the spa while taking ownership of the membership programme strategy.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:



Membership Growth & Retention
Drive membership sales and achieve revenue targets
Develop creative promotions and referral initiatives
Plan and deliver an engaging annual calendar of member events
Maintain regular communication with members (updates, events, class launches)
Monitor KPIs including retention rates, usage trends and revenue performance
Member Experience
Create a welcoming and community-focused atmosphere
Maintain strong relationships with members through visible presence in the spa
Handle member enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally
Ensure class timetables are engaging, commercially viable and well-attended
Deliver selected classes (as agreed with the Spa Manager)
Operational & Commercial Support
Support daily spa operations including opening/closing procedures
Oversee Spa Attendants and Receptionists when required
Monitor retail performance and support sales training
Assist in budgeting, payroll control and cost management
Contribute to marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
Produce and review performance reports with senior management
Leadership & Development
Lead by example in professionalism, presentation and service standards
Support recruitment, rotas, attendance and holiday management
Develop training plans for team members
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations (including pool safety)
Maintain spa presentation, cleanliness and brand standards


What are we looking for?



While previous spa supervisory experience is preferred, we are primarily seeking someone commercially minded, personable and motivated to build a thriving membership community.

A minimum of 1 years exsperience in a busy spa is preferred, how ever not essisential
