We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Contract: BMW, SwindonType: Hours: 40hours/week, Mon-Fri 07.00-16.00Pay: Location: Swindon
Role Responsibilities:
-Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
-Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
-Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to their supervisors and the client.
-Perform tasks such as ppm inspections, door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, patch repairs, roof repairs and gutter clearance etc.
-Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards
-Must be able to work from a PDA
What we're looking for:
-Can do attitude, being able to work on your own and as part of a team
-Experience in facilities management or building services.
-Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
-Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills would be advantageous.
-Manual handling certified and physically fit. Must be able to work at heights. IPAF certification would be an advantage
-Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
-Must hold a current driving license
