Construction Supervisor needed in Northallerton Paying £22.02 per hr ref RQ1698269
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and highways maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Oversee multi‑trade teams and ensure works are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards
- Manage site resources, documentation, permits, and health & safety records
- Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings and contribute to project planning
- Liaise effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and risk management procedures
- Line‑manage operatives, provide support, and encourage skills development
- Support quality assurance and resolve issues promptly on site
- Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota as required
- Travel independently throughout North Yorkshire using a company or own vehicle
