Are you a caring, reliable Support Worker who’s passionate about making a genuine difference? We’re recruiting dedicated individuals to join our supported living service in Nottingham city centre, supporting adults with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently and confidently in their own homes. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes choice, dignity, and wellbeing, while encouraging engagement in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
• Support individuals with medication administration in line with care plans and policies
• Offer emotional support and build positive, trusting relationships
• Promote independence, life skills, and access to community activities
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 months’ experience supporting adults with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, or complex/challenging behaviours
• A calm, empathetic approach with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work long days and waking nights
• A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
