Crynodeb

Darlington Borough Council are seeking to appoint a PA Manager to provide PA support and manage a team of Personal Assistants and PA Support Officers, ensuring effective PA, technical, project and administrative support to the Senior Management Team.



The ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines for a range of people is required, as well as demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with a wide range of audiences, both orally and in writing.andnbsp;The ability to deal with confidential information and contentious situations is essential.

You will be responsible for over-seeing and co-ordinating the workload of an Executive Director and an Assistant Director, providing a comprehensive, proactive, integrated support to efficiently manage expectations and requirements.andnbsp;



The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills; be highly organised and efficient, as well as being diplomatic; able to deal with sensitive and confidential matters. Communicating effectively, proactively managing a diverse and varied workload, you will need to meet tight internal and external deadlines, whilst juggling priorities, in a flexible and adaptable way.
