• Work collaboratively with nurses and senior staff

• 12.5-hour shifts

• Rate dependent on experience, qualifications, and suitability for Senior HCA responsibilities________________________________________Essential Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)To maintain our Outstanding standards, we require:
• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care
• At least 5 years’ experience working in care homes
• Minimum 12 months in your current role
• No more than 2–3 job changes within the past 5 years
• Full UK driving licence
