Salary: £31,000 + Monthly Bonus + All Travel Expenses Covered
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday – Friday (No Weekends)

If you are handy with basic tools and looking for a role that gets you out on the road, this is for you. No qualifications required.
Can you wire a standard UK plug confidently? If the answer is yes, then you already have the technical aptitude we need. We provide full training for everything else—if you are comfortable using a cordless drill and follow instructions well, you will excel here.
The Expenses: We’ve Got You Covered
Since you will be using your own ULEZ-compliant vehicle to navigate your daily London routes, we provide a full expense package:
All Parking costs.
All Congestion Zone charges.
Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile for all business journeys.
Your Daily Rhythm
Dynamic Daily Routes: Every day is different. You will follow a specific pre-set route each morning, completing 4–8 service visits across various London locations.
Service & Hygiene: The core of the role is cleaning our equipment and performing basic maintenance. It’s practical, methodical work.
Independent Execution: You will work alone, completing your assigned schedule to a high standard without the need for reminders or micro-management.
Depot: When not in the field, you’ll be based at one of our depot deep-cleaning and refurbishing units, taking stock counts or prepping for days ahead.
Who are we looking for?
We value a strong work ethic over fancy qualifications. You might be a great fit if you have experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or food production, as you’ll already understand the importance of hygiene and following a process. However, we welcome anyone who is:
Handy: You can wire a plug and use a drill confidently.
Self-Motivated: You take pride in finishing your daily list without being chased.
Reliable: You show up on time and follow the plan.
Requirements
The Gear: You must own a ULEZ-compliant car or small van with insurance in your own name.
The License: A full UK manual driving license held for at least 3 years, with no more than 3 points in the last 4 years.
Location: You must live within a 20-minute drive of Alperton or Bounds Green.
The Benefits
Salary: £31,000 + Monthly Bonus (up to £200/month after probation).
Welcome Bonus: £500 signing bonus (payable after successful probation).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts. No weekends.
