What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Managing all financial activities across two entities, including monthly reporting and financial analysis
• Ensuring accurate ledger reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and supplier payments
• Enhancing financial systems and reports to improve efficiency and compliance
• Leading a small finance team, fostering growth and high standards
• Preparing VAT and CIS returns on time, supporting tax compliance
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasts, and strategic financial planning
• Participating in group finance meetings and reporting on key metrics
• Managing ESG emissions data and supporting sustainability reporting

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Skilled in financial reporting, control environments, and cash management
• Proficient in Sage, Excel, and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communicator, confident in stakeholder engagement and presenting insights
• Organised, proactive, with a keen eye for detail and adaptable to change
