Crynodeb
This is a self-employed GP contract. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care services, including face-to-face and telephone consultations, management of acute and chronic conditions, and low-volume home visits. The role involves autonomous clinical decision-making, timely management of prescriptions, referrals and clinical correspondence, and collaborative working within a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective care and ongoing service development.
