Job Description
We are seeking a professional and reliable front of house Security support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position, ongoing support, and opportunities for development within a leading security company.
As a Security support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors. You'll provide a visible presence, have great customer service skills, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents when required.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide a visible and reassuring security presence
-Ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
-Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
-Control access and manage visitors on site
-Write clear and accurate incident and daily reports
Requirements
Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable
Professional, punctual, and customer-focused
Driving license and own vehicle is essential
