We are looking for committed and compassionate professionals to join our team, who share our enthusiasm for changing lives.About the Service - Housing & Homelessness ServicesA safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. It needs to be a welcoming and flourishing environment, offering opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop. You can make a difference and support people on their journey towards a brighter future. At Changing Lives, we offer a home rather than just a shelter.About the JobYou will be responsible for coordinating a diverse range of activities that cater to the unique interests and abilities of everyone. Building confidence, resilience and skills to live independently. This includes creative workshops, health and wellness programs, skills development courses, and pre-employment training. To engage with individuals and focus on their personal development Coordinate a program of activities/workshops/sessions for the people using our services. Co-ordinate and host a wide menu of timetabled activities accessible on a one to one and group basis to people within the homeless pathway. Develop and offer an assessment programme to identify individual training, development and wellbeing needs and to work in partnership with support workers at the service and external agencies to develop a realistic action plan people in our service. Variable working patterns to fit around group timetable some evening and weekend activities may need to be delivered, which will give you a flexible approach to engaging with people in our service.
