I am currently recruiting for a Vice Principal on behalf of a large, high performing secondary school in Redbridge, North East London. This permanent senior leadership position is available from September 2026 and offers a competitive salary between £94,000 and £104,000.
This is a key Vice Principal job within a well established secondary school serving a diverse and ambitious community. The school has a strong reputation for academic standards, behaviour, and inclusive practice, and is seeking a strategic senior leader to help drive the next phase of improvement and growth.
The successful candidate will join an experienced Senior Leadership Team and will play a central role in shaping whole school strategy.
