Location: Colchester
Salary: £40,000- £50,000 (inc bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm

About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. You’ll be part of a professional, customer‑focused team committed to maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Typical Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including complex systems
- Complete work to the highest standard, ensuring first‑time fixes
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and complete video health checks where required
- Support colleagues with mentoring and training (where applicable)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who want to grow with us. Ideal candidates will have:
- Relevant qualifications depending on role:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- MOT Testing Licence (where applicable)
- Brand‑specific Master Technician accreditation
- Full EV training (for advanced roles)
- Strong diagnostic, problem‑solving, or communication skills
- A proactive approach to learning, especially around EV and hybrid technologies
- Previous experience in a similar role
