Summary

Global Client Development Senior Liaison – Lloyd’s & London Market
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are partnering with a global claims solutions business seeking a commercially minded London Market professional to manage and grow key insurer and broker relationships across the Lloyd’s and wider London Market.
This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on expanding outsourced claims services including TPA and Loss Adjusting solutions on a global scale.
The Opportunity You will take ownership of a portfolio of Managing Agents and brokers, developing strategic relationships while identifying and converting new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with Lloyd’s Managing Agents and Brokers
- Identify new business opportunities within the London Market
- Cross-sell additional claims services across existing accounts
- Convert opportunities into profitable revenue streams
- Support tenders, proposals, RFIs and due diligence processes
- Work closely with global internal teams to implement new services
- Monitor financial performance and review fee structures annually
- Act as a brand ambassador within the London insurance market

About You

- Strong experience within the Lloyd’s / London Market
- Solid understanding of outsourced claims functions (TPA / Loss Adjusting)
- Commercially aware with experience driving revenue growth
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Able to coordinate internal teams to deliver service excellence
