Our client, a reputable franchised car dealership in Wimbledon, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive technicians to work within a well-established dealership committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. The Vehicle Technician role is designed to reward expertise with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible working environment.

Duties:
- Conduct detailed diagnostics and perform vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards
- Service vehicles ensuring compliance with warranty and safety requirements
- Carry out vehicle inspections, including MOT tests for qualified technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Stay updated with the latest technical developments, industry standards, and regulations
- Support team colleagues in achieving workshop targets and maintaining high service quality
Requirements:
- Full valid driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Technology, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
- MOT testing qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail coupled with technical proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering high standards
