What You'll Be Doing:
• Driving whole-school SEN policy and ensuring consistent, creative application
• Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling Support Staff, TAs, and teachers in SEND best practice
• Leading targeted interventions and monitoring rigorous progress data
• Acting as the key liaison for families, external professionals, and governors
• Designing and evaluating bespoke support plans for students across the need spectrum
