A leading global FMCG organisation is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery within a major manufacturing transformation programme. This role will focus on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) workstreams, working closely with stakeholders across a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment to ensure structured, high‑quality delivery.
Job Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: until 31/12/2026
- Rate: £650-£750pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Location: London
- On-site requirements: Mostly remote, on-site if and when required
Key Requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience leading complex business and technology workstreams, ideally within FMCG or large‑scale transformation environments.
- Must have experience delivering within TPM (Trade Promotion Management).
- Strong ability to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and programme teams, translating requirements into clear actions.
- Skilled in creating and managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and status reporting.
- Able to navigate competing priorities, maintain structure, and provide clarity in fast‑paced settings.
- Confident in identifying risks, issues, and gaps, driving resolution and challenging constructively where needed.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability across internal teams and third‑party vendors.
- Highly organised, delivery‑focused, and comfortable working across multifunctional teams within a wider programme structure.
