• Has high expectations for all learners

• Values teamwork and collaboration
• Is strongly committed to delivering engaging, creative lessons
What the school offers its staff
Bousfield Primary School is seeking to appoint a class teacher to join our happy and positive team. Our unique school is built on the site of Beatrix Potter’s childhood home. We have a wonderful building, beautiful grounds, outdoor theatre space, forest school, allotment and our own beehives. We are constantly reflecting on our practice and look forward to an exciting future ahead.
We are committed to professional excellence. Staff benefit from high-quality CPD, funded NPQ programmes, leadership development opportunities, and access to external training providers. We actively support career progression at every stage.
You will join a collaborative, welcoming team who share planning, celebrate successes together, and support one another through challenges.
