This temporary 3-month contract is ideal for an experienced Care Coordinator who can step in confidently and hit the ground running. You’ll play a vital role in scheduling care, supporting staff, and ensuring every client receives a reliable, person-centred service. It’s a rewarding, hands-on role that allows you to make a meaningful difference from day one.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Care Coordinator experience within domiciliary care
- Ability to manage rotas and respond quickly to service changes
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Confident working independently and making informed decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and maintain weekly rotas for care staff
- Coordinate care visits to ensure timely, safe, and consistent support
- Build strong relationships with carers, clients, and external professionals
- Respond to day-to-day changes, ensuring continuity of care
- Support care workers with queries, updates, and service delivery needs
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
