We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East. Key Responsibilities
Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations across Front Office and F&B
Take a proactive, hands-on approach to leadership, leading by example during busy service periods
Ensure a smooth, efficient, and elegant check-in and check-out experience
Deliver and uphold exceptional guest relations standards, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives for continuous service improvement
Lead, train, coach and develop team members to ensure consistent service excellence
Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and departmental training plans
Drive a culture aligned with Marriott values, fostering collaboration, accountability and positivity
Ensure compliance with all Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures
Maintain strong interdepartmental communication to deliver a seamless guest journey
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented hospitality professional with strong initiative and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a quality hotel environment
Excellent guest relations experience with a genuine passion for personalised service
Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to train, coach and inspire others
A hands-on management style and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of front office systems and operational procedures
A professional, positive attitude aligned with Marriott’s culture and service philosophy
Marriot experience is very welcome.
