Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We're recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants for a fantastic, well‑established specialist SEN setting in Rugby. About The Role
In this role, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of needs (ASD, SLD, PMLD, complex needs)
- Assist with classroom learning, activities and behaviour support
- Work closely with a friendly, supportive staff team
- Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Work Monday - Friday, term time only

- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- A genuine passion for helping pupils learn and grow
- Patience, resilience and a caring, supportive attitude
- Experience in care, education, youth work or similar
- A willingness to learn, take guidance and work as part of a team
- Reliability and commitment to the school day
