Afterschool Club Assistant
Hours: - 15:00 to 17:00 on Tuesdays and 15:00 to 18:00 on Wednesdays and ThursdaysTerm time only – 38 weeks per annumSalary: Payscale P3 - Full Time Equivalent £24,330 p.a (£12.96 per hour)The Marist is a happy and caring school with wonderful children and a great staff team. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Extended School Club staff who are availble to work everyweek during term from on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00/18:00.We are looking for applicants who: Are supportive of our Catholic ethos Are patient and care for children Are team players who are flexible and personable Are positive and resilient in their approach with children Previous experience of working with children and young people is desirable, but not essential. We would consider a fixed term or permanent contract for this role, and may be suitable for a graduate or student.Closing Date: 08/03/2026 however we reserve the right to close the advert early if a successful candidate is found.Interviews to take place on application.The Marist is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
